What is Spiritual Direction?

A trained spiritual director accompanies another person, or group of people, listening to their stories with the intent to deepen sacred connection, however one defines that. No matter what your belief or non-belief, engagement in spiritual accompaniment is a confidential, contemplative listening relationship carried out in a truthful, non-judgmental manner.
