Step in ... and Take a Walk
"The Labyrinth is a spiritual tool that has many applications in various settings. It reduces stress, quiets the mind and opens the heart. It is a walking meditation, a path of prayer, and a blue-print where psyche meets Spirit."

Labyrinth Walks and Workshops
Jill will facilitate a Labyrinth walk for your group. She will bring a Modified Medieval 7-Circuit canvas Labyrinth (24-feet across) to your space. Time together includes options such as an introduction to labyrinth walking and history of labyrinths, labyrinth walk with instrumental music accompaniment, and post walk reflections.
Let Jill know if you have a special themed celebration that could include labyrinth walks for: remembrance, gratitude, grief, need for release, etc.
Guidelines for walking the labyrinth can be found HERE,
however, your experience is your experience. It's different for everyone,
and there is no right or wrong way to use it.
Feel free to download a Chartres-style finger labyrinth HERE.
If you are looking to locate a labyrinth in your neck of the woods, check out the Worldwide Labyrinth Locator.
If you are you seeking:
- the benefits of a quiet mind
- a prayerful heart
- a release from controlling behavior
- relationship with yourself
- stress reduction
- transformation
- community
- guidance ...
consider walking a labyrinth.
